Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
- Certain items such as personalized, customized, or clearance products may not be eligible for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Digital products or downloadable content
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
